From Monday to Thursday, orders placed<br \/>after 1.00 pm Spanish time will be counted towards the delivery timeframe from 9.00 am the following day.<br \/>Orders placed at the weekend, from 1.00 pm on Friday onwards, will be counted<br \/>from 9.00 am on Monday. <\/p><p>The carrier will usually attempt to deliver the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful,<br \/>the carrier may contact you to arrange a second delivery or leave the parcel<br \/>at a collection point so that you can collect it within the following seven days. <\/p><p>Once this period has elapsed, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In that case, further<br \/>postage charges may apply to process the order again, even if the initial order was delivered free of charge. <\/p><p>Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the delivery address online.<br \/>If you need to change any details, please contact us as soon as possible at<br \/><a href=\"mailto:cs@zinda.es\">cs@zinda.es.<\/a><\/p><p>Should any customs charges arise, these will be borne by the customer in all cases.<br \/>Due to Brexit, orders sent to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs procedures,<br \/>taxes and duties imposed by the UK authorities, the payment of which will be the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p><p>During periods of high demand, such as the sales, summer or Christmas, there may be occasional delays in deliveries.<\/p><h2>Exchanges and returns<\/h2><p>If, after receiving the product you have purchased, you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange or a refund<br \/>within <strong>14 days of the delivery date,<\/strong> in accordance with the terms set out below.<\/p><h3>1. Changes<\/h3><p>We offer <strong>one free exchange for a different model or size<\/strong>, subject to availability.<\/p><p>The product you wish to exchange or return must arrive at our premises in the same condition<br \/>as when it was dispatched, showing no signs of use and with its original packaging intact, including the box,<br \/>protective covers and labels.<\/p><p>In addition, the invoice relating to the order or the returns request generated<br \/>from the customer\u2019s account must be included, where applicable.<\/p><p>Exchanges can be made for a different size or colour of the same model.<\/p><p>If you wish to exchange the product for another model of a higher price, you will need to make a new purchase.<br \/>If the new model is of a lower price, we can create a manual order and credit you with the difference.<\/p><p>If the size or colour you have requested is not available, we will offer you the best alternative available<br \/>or the option of a refund for your original purchase.<\/p><p>From the second exchange onwards for the same order, the customer will be responsible for the delivery and\/or collection charges.<\/p><h3>1.2. Exchange procedure<\/h3><ol><li>Please email us at<br><a href=\"mailto:cs@zinda.es\">cs@zinda.es<\/a><br \/>requesting the change and stating:<ul><li>Order number<\/li><li>Name<\/li><li>Telephone<\/li><li>Model or size to be replaced<\/li><li>Reason for the change<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the steps you need to take to process the change.<\/li><li>Once we have received the goods, we will check that they meet the exchange and return conditions set out above.<\/li><li>If the exchange is accepted, we will notify you by email and proceed to dispatch the requested product.<\/li><li>If the exchange is refused, we will inform you of the reasons via the same channel and make the product available to you,<br \/>in the same condition and packaging as when you received it, so that you can arrange for it to be collected.<\/li><\/ol><h3>2. Full or partial returns<\/h3><p>A refund is defined as any transaction involving the full or partial reimbursement of the amount paid.<\/p><p>In the case of returns, the customer is responsible for all delivery and collection costs in all cases.<\/p><h3>2.1.
